Shutter 1/15 1/30 1/60 1/100 In order to capture more motion for the photo, a slower shutter speed needs to to be applied. With the use of a fast shutter speed, the motion of the photo can be deleted from the photo. ApertureF-3.5 F-4.5 F-6.3 F-8.0 A small aperture can create a small depth of field. With the application of a large aperture, a larger depth of field can be captured. SummaryA slow shutter speed will capture the motion of the subject as a blur throughout the photo.
A fast shutter speed will capture the subject like a freeze motion, with minimal blur. A small aperture captures more light, but in return, also captures a small depth of field. A large aperture captures less light, but in return, also captures a larger depth of field.

During this unit, multiple photo elements were introduced to the class. These elements greatly improved the quality of the photos. There are multiple ways to stack these techniques onto an image to help please the eye wheel looking at it. In my opinion, color mixed with depth is my favorite to photograph. These skills, if used on images, improve the photograph. Overall, I've learned 11 skills to help boost my image quality when going around and photographing. The least exciting element, in my opinion to photograph would be framing. Hi, Im Marc
I'm a photography student, attending Saline High School. One of my interests would be going to car meets near Saline. I am a former Saline Track sprinter. I'm taking this class to learn about photography. I have a little bit of photography experience. I think this class is really cool because it helps you capture great photos. |
